Week 1 - (6/1/2022)
During our very first meeting with Madam Nur Ainif, She was briefing us about the module according to the MIB. Since the module also has a group project, she also asked us to form a group that consists of different ethnicities to do the project that is called 'Kami Anak Malaysia'. She also told us that this would be our last time meeting her since every learning assessment will be done individually until she lets us know when the next meeting is to brief us about the final exam.

Proposal
Week 1 - Group Forming

- We form a group for the project
- Our assigned topic is 'Kami Anak Malaysia'
- We were getting to know each other
Week 2 - Project proposal writing
(10/1/2022)
- We held our first group meeting to start discussing about the proposal at 8:30 p.m
- We assigned each member with their roles
(11/1/2022)
- We decided to have a meeting at 8 p.m to brainstorm for our video ideas
- After going through with every suggested idea, we finally chose our final idea

Week 3 - Proposal submission week
(18/1/2022)
- We continue working on the proposal with our assigned groups that are specialized in different roles
- We didn't have any meeting this week as we only want to stay focused on finishing it up as it will be due soon
(20/1/2022)
- We came up with a group name at the very last minute and every agree to go with the name 'Sahabat'
- The storyboard group continues to finish writing the storylines
(21/1/2022)
- At this point, we are ready to submit the proposal and email it to the lecturer
Video Making
Week 4
(24/1/2022)
- We have a group meeting at 3 p.m to discuss about our assigned roles and the date to start filming the video
(27/1/2022)
- Everyone who is assigned to be a part of the video has a meet up on campus and start filming the video
Week 5
(30/1/2022)
- The video team keep discussing about video editing since they have done filming the video and proceed with editing the video together
(4/1/2022)
- Video editors finally finished editing and shared the video with the whole group
- We also already uploaded it on youtube and wait for a few days to get some feedback from the audience
- Besides Youtube, we also promoted the video on different social media platforms like Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook
- We are finally done with our video and we are really satisfied with the outcomes and the feedback we have received
Social Media Campaign:

- Before proceeding with the final step of the project which is a website, we decided to take a group picture on Discord at 6:40 p.m. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to join the meeting but we were still communicating on Whatsapp while the rest are taking pictures

Week 4
(24/1/2022)
- We created a group specifically for the website
- There are 3 group members that will work on the website and they are me, Clairey, and Constantine
Week 5
(31/1/2022)
- We begin to create a Wix website together
- At first, we were kind of annoyed by the fact that only 1 user can edit a time but eventually, we managed to take turns every time we wanted to edit it and it has been really progressive.
- Later that day, we divided group tasks and each of us has to work on certain parts of the website so everyone can participate equally.
Week 6
(2/2/2022) - (6/2/2022)
- We all continue editing the website
- Constantine start working on her part first so, in the meantime, me and Clairey continue writing some reflections for the group project to put it the website later on
- We also created google forms and send it the rest of the group to know their experiences and things they have learned throughout the project/ module so Clairey and I can include everyone's perspective under the same writing
(7/2/2022)
- It was Clairey's turn to add in her part to the website
- Later that day, I proceed with editing my part and rechecking my writing parts and finishing it up
- I'm quite satisfied with what I have done because this is my first time using Wix and I'm really enjoying it
- Clairey's continue to add in some missing parts and finished editing the website
(8/2/2022)
- Today, when we opened the website everything is perfectly done and we were rechecking everything once again before letting the rest of the group to see it
- I'm so happy with what me and my friends have done here. It has been a lot of fun and I enjoyed every second of it
- After final recheck, we are ready to share it with the group and everyone was satisfied with the outcome
- Finally, we are done with the website and this is the end of our group project!!

Basically, that is all for 'Kami Anak Malaysia' project for Hubungan Etnik 2022 class and I'm very happy and satisfied with everything my group and I have done here. I think we really did our best and hopefully, we will gain full marks for this :)
