"Right here, I don't have enough fabric to complete the front panel but I start to think about the texture placement."
*Adding a pocket and some belt loops for the detailing*
*Fixing the front panel by combining both front and back panels together as soon as I got more fabric*
"This is the final result for the base."
"After the dress is done, It's time to do the skirt."
*Used clothes that I'll be using*
"I cut open the middle part of the sweater. I'm only going to use one side of the sweater for the skirt."
*Continue sewing the side seam of the sweater according to my desired design*
Now I'm ready to combine both pieces together by sewing along the waistline
"Finally, this is the final result of the skirt after both pieces are successfully sewn. I just created some holes and ripped certain parts of the skirt to match it with my concept as I wanted the whole thing to look distressed."
*Adding the textures to the dress*
*Adding a blue texture over the black texture*

Reflection
.."I'm thankful for the fact that I manage to finish all the 3 looks despite the number of assignments that I have to do simultaneously. In terms of sewing, I'm not necessarily good at it but I definitely feel a lot more comfortable doing my work in the studio using all the machines provided at Mayamode - I realized it just makes the whole process easier for me than before. At first, I thought It would be really difficult as I have never used any of the machines before and I was so used to using my portable machine at home (but I was still bad at it) but now I'm starting to get used to using some of the machines there which makes me feel less stressful whenever I want to start sewing something. It has been such a fun process regardless of how tiring it was but it's still hard for me to believe that I almost completed this fashion project because I was really overwhelmed by everything that I had to do. Overall, it has been such a roller coaster ride at least from my own experience but it really did teach me something..to never waste time!"..
